Sheet Pan Nachos
Making nachos on a sheet pan is a great way to feed a crowd or get dinner on the table in a hurry.
Ingredients
- Parchment Paper
- 3 9- ounce bags tortilla chips
- ground beef taco meat Carnitas or chorizo, cooked
- 1 large white onion diced
- 2 large tomatoes seeded and diced
- 2 15- ounce cans black beans rinsed
- 1 15 ounce cans enchilada sauce
- 3 pounds shredded cheese such as sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack
- 8 ounces Cotija cheese or feta crumbled
- 1 bunch radishes thinly sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves chopped
- pickled jalapenos
- Guacamole
- Sour Cream
- hot sauce
