OMG, that burger looks SO gotta-have-it-now GOOD! It's way too early for a burger, but right now I'm roasting some Hatch chiles for the morning's Eggs Benedict. Hmmm, this recipe tempts me to save some chiles for burgers later.

With a freezer full of freshly roasted Hatch Green Chile, I'm always looking for ways to use them. Thanks for the ideas and that burger sounds perfect for next Sunday's Bronco/Seattle Game.
