Tailgating Fun with Fire Roasted Bacon Green Chile Burgers

We look forward to tailgate season around here, even if it is 500 degrees on the parking lot asphalt.  Ok, ok, 300 degrees then.

No matter what side of the U of A—ASU rivalry we are on, we like quick easy recipes with enough Wow Factor to make standing over the grill in this heat worth the sweat and in the Sun Devil's fans case, the tears.

 

The fastest way I know to get the attention of tailgate fans is to throw a green chile or two on the grill.  Once the aroma hits them, they will huddle 'round.
