Easy No-Churn Vegan Avocado Ice Cream Recipe

A No-Churn Vegan Ice Cream that is uber-healthy and yummy. At the same time.
  • 1 can (15 ounces) coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ¼ cup sweetener of choice
  • Flesh of one large ripe Haas avocado
  • 1 cup lightly packed spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  1. Please ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend until very smooth.
  2. Place in freezer and chill for about one hour, until firm.
